Experiencing psychotherapy in a wilderness setting is a very unique and powerful experience. The wilderness setting offers a different perspective from a traditional psychotherapy office. Nature mirrors our connection with natural cycles and provides metaphors that can be great tools to help us through challenges and transitions, as well as helping us find deeper meaning in our lives. Being in contact with nature helps us have a deeper connection to ourselves and our relationships with others.
