CONTRIBUTE FOR Offerings

 At Wild Mountain we strive to provide a space that is inclusive and welcoming for folx regardless of their ability to pay.

For this reason, we are moving away from a fee-for-service or capitalistic model. We ask you to sit with and reflect on how you value yourself, others, and your experiences.

This process is not common or easy, yet we believe it is vital as we move towards a more equitable world.

Program Deposits

Please pay your deposit here to reserve a spot in your upcoming program or training. The deposit amount is listed under the specific program on our calendar.

Before paying a deposit please contact us regarding availability.

Deposits are not tax deductible and are non-transferrable, and non-refundable.

Contribute for participation in a Program, mentorship or Incorporation Calls

We offer our Programs, Mentorship and Incorporation calls in support of community wellness and reciprocity.

Your contributions are essential for us to continue this work. Your wellness is not separate from ours - the amount you invest in this experience directly contributes to the vitality of our organization and community. We invite you to give generously as your contributions are the foundation of this work and provide accessibility for those yet to come.

As you reflect on what you can give, please consider the value of your experience and individual time given by each guide. Please also keep in mind our operating costs, the resources provided, and your relationship and commitment to our community.

How Much to Give?

  • want to support a cultural shift in leadership and representation of Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous and People of Color in nature-based work -and-

  • have access to abundant family resources and/or inherited wealth -or-

  • own one or more properties -or-

  • have investments or trust funds -or-

  • practice philanthropy -or-

  • have significant resources to spend on travel, recreational activities, or lodging

  • are committed to adequate pay for our guide teams and the foundation of Wild Mountain -and-

  • can meet your essential needs -or-

  • are employed full-time, or by choice work part-time or are unemployed -or-

  • can take time off for vacations or recreation -or-

  • have discretionary income for vacation, entertainment, or recreation -or-

  • have a savings or a retirement fund

  • deeply value our offerings and community -and-

  • sometimes struggle to meet essential needs -or-

  • have unstable housing and/or limited access to reliable transportation -or-

  • are straining to support children or other dependents -or-

  • cannot take a vacation or time off due to financial burden -or-

  • have significant debt

Give Modestly If You…

  • Write 5-10 family / friends / community members and invite them to donate to Wild Mountain on your behalf

  • Sustainable giving: donate a smaller amount monthly 

  • Contact us in advance about participating in our community work weekend at Wild Mountain, activities include: road work, painting, construction projects, maintenance, etc. 

  • Send an email to us letting us know specifically how and when you plan to make a significant commitment to your community to pay this work forward
