Scheduled Guide Training
Come join us for an experiential training where you and a group of other trainees will discover how to guide participants through modern day rites of passage and mark life transitions in meaningful ways. In this training, you will learn and practice how to:
Provide an intimate, inclusive, and brave space
Support clear and powerful intentions for your participants across a range of demographics from race, gender, age, cultural heritage, etc.
Practice culturally relevant, ancestral, and earth based ceremonies
Address cultural appropriation and supporting ancestral recovery practices
Teach a nature-based framework called the Four Shields of Human Nature
Mirror and honor people stories and intentions
Help participants integrate their intentions, stories, and experiences into their daily lives

Customized Training

We offer multiple training options from 5 days to 3 weeks. Some involve overnight solo experiences while others focus on daily intentional time on the land.

If you are unable to come to Wild Mountain for training, we can come to you! We offer trainings around the world and deeply value our cross-cultural connections. We have trained guides in communities all over the world.

Rites of Passage are an opportunity to explore and honor life transitions and all aspects of your identity.
We offer ongoing Mentorship for your journey of integration and growth after participating in a Training. We can help support your continued work as a guide.
